How does the technology work in the Cleaner?
We use ultrasonic technology, 12000 times per minute high-intensity frequency, effectively breaking down the stubborn plaque tartar (calculus), reducing the damage to the enamel and gum, which may be caused by manual dental tools.
It is USB rechargeable, safe and fast. Charging once can be used about 200 times, travel without worrying about power loss.

Is it safe to use?
Yes the product is safe to use (please also see Can anyone use it?). We have had a vast amount of positive feedback from our customers. Our cleaner is recommended for ages of 14 years old and up. The device will not harm your tooth enamel or gums.
Can anyone use it?
Our cleaner can be used if you have crowns, dentures, and fillings. However, we do recommend that you consult your dentist if you have a unique situation. Please ensure that you see our recommended usage.
How do I use the Cleaner?
Look very closely at your teeth. Find the visible stains and any tiny debris left over from flossing. Use a dental mirror to see the backs of your teeth.
Place the tip of the scaler against your tooth at the gumline. Slide the scaler away from the gum line and note any roughness along the surface of the tooth. This will be when the scaler catches on the surface — this could mean you have tartar.
Continue to use this method for scraping every tooth with plaque and tartar buildup. Each tooth your scraped should have a smooth feel to it.
How often should I use the Cleaner?
We recommend that you use this with light pressure on a weekly basis. We recommend that you do not apply significant amounts of pressure and scrape your teeth hard. We recommend that you find a cold water source and use this to spray or wet your teeth before using. Please note, this is not an instant solution, and should be used on a weekly basis over a long period of time to slowly remove tartar, stains and keep plaque away.
How do I clean and store my Cleaner?
After use, please clean this with anti bacterial soap and store in a dry place, preferably in a draw to avoid condensation keeping the product dry. This will ensure the product doesn't rust.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Due to high demand, orders can take average between 5-20 days to ship and arrive. We ask that you please be patient, we are doing our very best to fulfill every order in a timely manner.We ship orders placed before the same day Monday–Friday excluding holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day. In peak periods, please allow up to 2 business days for dispatch. International shipping delays can occur due to your country's customs process. Once your order arrives in your country, it is transferred to your local postal carrier for final delivery. If you haven't received your product after 40 business days, please contact us.

We ship from our fulfilment centres across the world. These are based in Germany, US, Australia and Asia. On occasions, we may run out of stock in a certain fulfilment centre, so we will send our products from the nearest possible location. We are happy to offer free international shipping on all orders. My tracking doesn't exist or isn't valid

What do I do if I was charged an import tax?
Import taxes usually occur when customers are ordering 4 or more of our products.It is based on the value of the goods being declared.In very rare cases, an import tax may be applicable from your countries office. In the unlikely scenario that this is the case, we cannot take any responsible for any import taxes. This must be settled by the consumer.
Can I ship to a PO Box or APO/FPO address?Yes. Typically, customers put APO in the City field and AE or AP in the State field. You may also ship to a PO Box.
